In connection with the use of our website we may process:

Data is processed for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years for tax records) or until the limitation period for claims expires.

We rely on trusted processors (Art. 28 GDPR) who handle data only on the controller's documented instructions and ensure an adequate level of protection (including SCCs for transfers outside the EEA).

Hosting and technical infrastructure:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — CDN and Cloudflare Workers runtime hosting the website. Transfers secured via SCCs and Cloudflare's DPA.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting platform running on Cloudflare Workers.
• Supabase — database and CMS, servers located in the European Union.

Analytics and marketing tools:

• Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.);
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.);
• Google Maps and YouTube in no-cookie mode.

Analytics and marketing tools are activated only after consent to non-essential cookies has been given — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
• Marketing — Google Ads, Meta Pixel.
• Embedded content — Google Maps, YouTube, virtual tour.
